Service call, found clogged drain line.
AC service replaced leaking evaporator coil. I checked charge and function of system and system is operating within manufactures specifications. No follow up is needed.
Ac service call. The technician found the breaker in the off position. The tech reset the breaker, the ac is cooling properly.

AC service system war low on refrigerant. returning tomorrow to inject dye. I could not find a leak with the electronic leak detector.
AC today technician. Arrived for no heat service call. After inspection, determined system Was not engaging reversing valve. Programming issue. Enabled heat pump mode, and system is functioning properly, at this time.
AC service performed, replaced UV bulb and now unit is protected from bacteria grows and viruses
Ac service- No cooling. Thermostat blank. Find tripped 70amp 3 phase breaker. Find blower motor has single phased and has shorted out. Motor is bad. Replace motor with direct replacement. Change and tension belt. Start unit. Unit operating properly. Customer happy with ac today.
